Refund policy

Eligible refunds
Refunds are issued when an order is cancelled before fulfilment (where permitted), when we cannot fulfil your order, or when a return is approved under our returns policy (e.g. defective or mis-shipped items).
Method & timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or UPI provider and may take several business days after we process the refund.
Partial refunds
In some cases we may offer partial refunds or store credit instead of a full reversal, depending on the situation and applicable law.
