Custom products
Many of our frames are personalised with your photos or specifications. Custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or not as described. Please review product pages and configuration choices carefully before ordering.
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and supporting photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
How to start a return
Email the support address in the site footer with your order number and reason for the request. Do not return items without our confirmation where a return shipment is required.
